10th Annual LOUD XMAS PARTY

The Fallout's Christmas tradition was carried on with it's 10th annual LOUD XMAS PARTY.
The headliners is the band CAP'N RALF & the CONVOCATION which is a musical experiment created by Fallout Director Dan Cleberg in 2002.  The idea is to let anyone of any ability to be in the band.  All anybody who wants to be a member of the band has to do is show up to the rehearsal one week before the performance.
This year there were 10 member in the band and half of them were people with developmental disabilities.
Also performing that day were local singer/songwriter MATTY FX and Fallout band BETTER RIDE.
