Diversity United Art Exhibition: Hundreds of Artists, A Variety of Abilities, Rolled into One Whimsical Mural


Fallout Creative Community presents 
Diversity United an art exhibition at the Red Rooster Coffee House Art Gallery in downtown Aberdeen.
The Exhibition features the work of hundreds of SouthDakota artists with a variety of abilities rolled into one whimsical mural.
The exhibition will be up from January 25 until February 25 with an opening reception on Friday, January 25 at 6:30pm with live music at 8pm by ND finger picking style guitarist Michael Whisler and local performers Jeremy Burckhard and Will Brown. 
This project is funded by the Knight Foundation

In 2012 Fallout Creative Community toured South Dakota hosting Art & Music Parties in several different cities.  These parties were designed to attract a diverse attendance including artists, musicians, kids, people with disabilities, elderly and others  At each party participants painted a portion of a large mural.  In the end over 300 artists contributed to this project.
